What this page shows

A live snapshot of the whole operation — fleet totals, flagged accounts, and quick links into every section. Numbers update from the same live sensor data as Tank Fleet.

What this page shows

Every tank with a live Haztrack sensor — fill level, collectable oil, territory, status, and prediction data. This is the live source of truth the SOP says every route decision must be checked against.

Sending a tank to a route

Use "+ Route" on any account to pick a driver and date — it joins that driver's route for the day or starts a new one. Use "+ Task" to assign a follow-up to a teammate instead.

Reading the colors

The fill dot goes from green (low) through amber to red (nearly full / over capacity). Red tanks are money waiting — route them first.

What this page shows

Machine-built route suggestions using the SOP rules: territory pairing, 1,500–1,800 gallon targets, 26 stops or fewer, muck exclusions, and live fill data. Each card is one suggested run.

Sending a route to dispatch

"Add all to Routes" in a card header opens a picker for the whole recommended route at once — choose the driver and date and it's created as a real route card. Or cherry-pick single stops with "+ Route" the same way.

Remember

These are recommendations, not commands — the SOP's guiding principle is that a human verifies against live data before committing a run.

What this page shows

Every logged pickup, newest first, with gallons and account details — plus a 90-day summary. Pickups flow in automatically from the pickup logger and from drivers completing stops in the driver app.

Using it

Search by account to check when a client was last serviced before promising them a visit, or to verify a driver's day against the Run Review.

Building a route

"+ Route" on any account (Tank Fleet, No Dumping, 12-Week Plan, or AI Route Rec) opens a picker — choose a run date and driver, and it either joins that driver's existing route for that date or creates a new one. "Add all to Routes" on an AI Route Rec card does the same for every stop in that recommendation at once.

Ordering a run

Open a route card and drag the numbered badges, or hit "Optimize" to auto-order by shortest drive path — the card stays open and the map updates right away so you can see the new order. Lock a stop in place first if it needs to stay put — time-sensitive stops first, locked-away tanks last, per the SOP.

The map

The map at the top of this page shows every stop across today's routes, color-coded per route, numbered in stop order.

What this page shows

Follow-ups assigned to teammates — created from "+ Task" on any account or added here directly. Each task has an owner, status, and notes.

Using it

This is where the SOP's corrective actions live: theft follow-ups, bin repairs, customer callbacks. Close the loop here after the Run Review flags an issue.

What this page shows

Pick a run date and see each driver's day: stops completed, gallons collected, skips with reasons and photo proof, miles, and the key score — gallons per mile. More gallons per mile = a better-built route.

About the miles

Miles are straight-line between consecutive completed stops, so they undercount road miles slightly — but consistently, so comparing route vs route or week vs week stays valid.

The daily habit

This is the SOP's 5 PM review: confirm clean pickups, and make sure every skip gets a corrective action — reschedule the stop, fix the root cause, re-plot on the 12-week plan.

Setting a pickup date on any week

Click any empty week cell showing — and a date box appears. Pick the date, then type the estimated gallons next to it. That week is now scheduled.

Estimates fill the whole row

Type an Est(gal) in ANY week — scheduled or not — and every week in that row updates to the same number instantly. Set it once, done. On weeks that don't have a date yet, the number waits on screen and locks in the moment you set the date. Clearing a value only clears that one week, so you can't wipe a row by accident, and typing a different number on a single week afterward makes just that week different.

Editing what's already there

Every column is editable, just like the spreadsheet — Route ID, City, Bin, Monthly Avg, Avg/Pickup, and Notes are type-in boxes; Status, Territory, and Frequency are dropdowns; each week's Date edits in place. Changes save automatically; watch for the "Saved" tag in the toolbar. If your connection blips you'll see "Reconnecting" — keep working, every change is queued and sends itself when the connection returns.

The page keeps itself up to date

No need to refresh — the plan quietly pulls the latest data every minute, so teammates' changes appear on their own. It never updates while you're typing or dragging, and your scroll position and filters stay put, even across a refresh.

Moving a pickup to another week

Drag a week's Date or Est(gal) cell and drop it on another week in the same row. The pickup moves, the date updates to that week — and if the account has a frequency set (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, etc.), every other week in its pattern shifts to match automatically. Changing the Frequency dropdown does the same thing, rebuilding the whole 12-week pattern from whatever week's already scheduled. Real, already-confirmed pickups are never overwritten by this.

Account order

Accounts are always alphabetical by name — no manual reordering to keep in sync anymore. Sort by any other column instead using the ▾ menu below.

Filtering, sorting, and searching

Click the ▾ next to any column header — including each week's Date and Est(gal) — for Sort Ascending / Sort Descending at the top, and a value filter below it, same as Sheets. Territory is read-only text (filterable, just not editable) so it can't be changed by accident. Use the search box for account names and "Clear all filters" to reset everything at once.

Columns

Hit the "Columns" button in the toolbar to show or hide whichever columns don't matter for your planning — Bin, Frequency, whatever's in the way. Your choices are remembered on your browser.

The map

The map at the top shows every account currently visible in the table below it — filter or search the table down, and the map narrows to match.

GA / Miami

The toggle at the top left switches between the Georgia and Miami plans. Each saves to its own data.

+ Route

The + Route button next to an account opens a picker to send it straight into a driver's route for a chosen date, creating that route if it doesn't exist yet.

What this page shows

The Current Watchlist is every account currently flagged — not dumping, a connection issue, or abnormal sensor data. Net New shows accounts that appeared on the watchlist since yesterday; Resolved shows accounts that came off it (they started dumping again, or a connection came back).

Filtering every column, just like Sheets

Click the ▾ next to any column header — Account, Territory, Category, Status, Streak, Last Active, or Note — to filter by specific values. Untick what you don't want, hit OK. Use the search box for account names and addresses, and "Clear all filters" to reset everything at once.

Sorting

Click any column name (not the ▾) to sort by it. Click again to flip between ascending and descending.

Notes

Type in the Note box and click away — it saves automatically to that account, and stays attached to it even after tonight's watchlist refresh. Watch for "Saved" under the box.

Add an account straight to the task list, or open the route picker to send it into a driver's route for a chosen date — no need to leave this page.

Where the data comes from

The watchlist rebuilds every night from live Haztrack readings. Streak counts days since the last real pickup; a theft flag is always set by a person, never automatically.
